A verification code will be sent to you, and once verified, you can set a new password. If you do not receive the code, contact klwi customer support via 24/7 live chat for immediate assistance.

An account may be temporarily suspended for several reasons — repeated failed password attempts, detected suspicious activity, or a pending KYC verification requirement. Contact the klwi support team via live chat and provide your username. We will review your case and assist with restoring access after appropriate identity verification.

klwi allows login from multiple devices; however, for security purposes, an active session on one device may be automatically terminated when you log in from another. We recommend not sharing your account with others, as this violates our Terms & Conditions us and may result in account suspension.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and select the Security section. You'll find an option to enable 2FA. Choose verification via SMS to your registered phone number. Once enabled, every login will require an OTP code in addition to your usual password.
