Klwi is not just another online gaming platform. We were built with one purpose — to deliver an honest, safe and genuinely enjoyable gaming experience for Malaysian users.
By the Numbers
Klwi began from a simple observation — many Malaysians who enjoy online casino and fish shooting games had no place they could truly trust. Platforms available at the time were either too complicated to use, slow in processing withdrawals, or worse — not transparent about how their games worked.
That is the founding principle of klwi. Our team, made up of individuals who understand the needs and concerns of local players, decided to build something different. Not just another platform that looks good on the surface but is hollow inside — but a gaming ecosystem that places trust, transparency and user comfort above all else.
Today, klwi has grown into one of the most talked-about online gaming destinations among Malaysian users. Not because we are the loudest in marketing — but because satisfied users regularly share their experiences organically with friends and family. That, to us, is our most meaningful achievement.
The klwi founding team began building the core infrastructure — the account system, security layer and the first payment integrations with Malaysian banks.
The klwi platform officially launched with its first game collection and 24-hour user support. The response from Malaysian users exceeded the team's initial expectations.
Klwi introduced Live Casino with Malaysian-speaking dealers and a fish shooting game category that quickly became a favourite among users.
Klwi now serves over 100,000 registered members with a platform that is faster, more secure and offers more game choices than ever before.
We do not need to make grand claims — let our users' real experiences speak for themselves. But here are six things we do with full commitment every single day.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), an active AI anti-fraud system and regular security audits ensure your account and funds are always protected at klwi.
Your winnings are more than just a number on a screen. klwi processes withdrawals to e-wallets in under five minutes and to banks within 15 to 30 minutes — with no additional charges.
All klwi games use RNG (Random Number Generator) verified by independent audit bodies. Every game result is genuine — no manipulation, no fraud.
From Malaysian Ringgit support and local bank integration, to DuitNow and popular e-wallets, and an interface in Bahasa Malaysia — klwi is built specifically for you.
Klwi's live chat is handled by real support agents who understand your issue — not bots that go in circles. Average response time is under two minutes, every day without exception.
Klwi provides deposit limit tools, game limits and break options that users can activate themselves. We believe healthy entertainment starts with awareness and self-control.
A company is not built by its products alone — it is built by the values and principles held firm by every member of the team. These are the four core values behind every decision we make at klwi, from the smallest platform feature to the biggest company policy.
We do not hide terms and conditions in fine print that is difficult to read. All policies, betting limits and win calculation methods are stated clearly and are easy for all users to understand.
User funds are held in an account separate from klwi's operating funds. We never use user funds for any other purpose — your trust is our priority.
The klwi platform never stops evolving. We continuously listen to user feedback and work to improve the experience — whether in terms of speed, new features or ease of navigation.
Every feature, every policy and every business decision at klwi is evaluated from the user's perspective first. If it doesn't benefit the user, it doesn't deserve to be implemented.
"We exist to deliver an honest, enjoyable and responsible digital entertainment experience to every Malaysian user — regardless of their background or level of gaming experience."
Klwi aims to be the most trusted and most loved online gaming platform in Malaysia — not through aggressive marketing, but through consistently high service quality every single day.
We envision a future where every klwi user feels safe, valued and confident that every ringgit they invest in this entertainment is managed with full responsibility on our part.
One thing we're proud of is that klwi is not an exclusive platform for those who have long been part of the online gaming world. From someone trying a casino game for the very first time to a veteran player with years of experience — klwi is built for everyone.
For new players, klwi provides easy-to-follow game guides, low-stakes betting tables to try without pressure, and customer support ready to answer even the most basic questions without any judgment. We understand what it feels like to try something new for the first time — and we want to make sure your first experience at klwi is a positive one.
For more experienced players, klwi offers VIP tables with higher betting limits, access to exclusive games, a loyalty program that delivers meaningful rewards, and priority service across all matters including withdrawals. The klwi VIP program is not just a marketing gimmick — it is genuine recognition for our loyal users.
Klwi also understands that Malaysian users have different device preferences. Some are more comfortable playing on a laptop, others prefer their mobile phone while on the go. That is why the klwi platform is fully optimised for both environments — and our mobile app is available for download for an even smoother experience.
